A Fresh Clean covers all primary surfaces. A Deep Clean adds appliance interiors, cabinet drawers, baseboards, grout scrubbing, light fixtures, and window tracks. If a space hasn’t been deep-cleaned in 3+ months or you’re preparing for move-out, we recommend Deep Clean or Full Vacancy.

Yes, always. HEPA vacuums, steam cleaners, and commercial degreasers. You provide nothing. Allergy concerns can be noted at booking.
